About the Space

This spacious four-bedroom coastal home has been designed with large families and groups in mind, offering plenty of room both inside and outside for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, although the maximum possible sleeping capacity is 14 if every bed is used. However, to ensure comfort and space for everyone, we cap bookings at 12 guests.

Lounge
Sofa bed suitable for 1 guest. This layout works particularly well for large families, extended families travelling together, or groups of friends.

Bathrooms
To make group stays easier, the property includes:

• 2 additional separate toilet rooms

Having multiple bathrooms helps everyone get ready comfortably even when the house is full.

Living Spaces
Inside the house you’ll find two generous communal areas where guests can relax and spend time together.

The large separate lounge provides a comfortable space for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the New Forest.

The dining room can seat–10 guests comfortably, and additional chairs can easily be added around the table if needed for larger group meals.

The kitchen is a good size and includes an additional seating area for four people, making it a sociable space for morning coffee or informal meals.

Fast WiFi is available throughout the house.
Outdoor Space

The property sits on a generous plot with gardens both at the front and the back of the house. Trampoline and Swing!

At the front of the property, hedging creates a safe and open space that is perfect for children to run around and play.

At the rear of the house, there is a garden with a seating area, ideal for relaxing outdoors, enjoying meals in the fresh air, or winding down in the evening.

Parking
There is off-street parking for 3–4 cars, which is particularly useful for larger groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

Optional extras: hot tub hire/Garden game hire and an in-house chef can be arranged for an additional cost.
