The Space

The place has been thoughtfully renovated with high-quality furnishings. It is perfectly positioned between the New Forest and Sea offering the perfect base to explore. It can comfortably sleep 8, although we do have a sofa bed in the living room to push to 9-10.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with smart TV, and comfortable french connection sofas. The living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet.

The property has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, and a well-maintained wrap around private garden. The brand new kitchen has a breakfast bar to chat over whilst cooking. The modern kitchen is well equipped bright, stylish and practical. Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.

Likewise, the dining area table can be extended to comfortably seat 10 people. If you are staying with children they will make good use of the garden.

You’ll be close to Hordle cliffs for breathtaking views to the Isle of Wight – it’s a perfect spot for picnics, swimming and cliff top walks. You will be in easy reach of all New Forest attractions such as the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Christchurch ruins, Lymington market, Brockenhurst, Sway and Mudeford quay.

Award-winning Mudeford Beach is only 15 minutes away as is must-see Hengistbury Head. The local area is perfect for cycling, fishing at Hordle lake, visiting Hordle cliffs, the Sammy Miller museum, golfing, Highcliffe Castle, Hurst Castle, Mudeford Quay and Hengistbury Head.
