The Lymington lock-off is an excellent pad for small groups/families/friends/individuals and couples wanting to stay close to lymington high street at a good value.

The apartment is well equipped and can sleep up to 4 the upstairs apartment can be added sleeping up to 6 therefore total 10 at an additional cost.

Gorgeous Navy kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools. Well-equipped kitchen with crockery, full-size fridge freezer, cooker, built-in microwave, and filter coffee machine.

Bathroom -lovely fresh new shower room with electric shower and black fixtures. White metro tiles.

Living area with four-seater sofabed seating four and sleeping up to two, coffee table and smart TV.

The living area leads onto a small patio with a BBQ and seating area for 2.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor main bedroom with a king bed sleeping up to two and french doors leading onto a large balcony with a seating area for up to 4.

A highchair/ Travel cot can be provided if needed.

This apartment may not be suited to young children due to balcony and spiral staircase.

*Please note there is no close parking; you can park in Waitrose to drop off your belongings to park locally; there is also free parking on an adjacent road 3-5 mins away.

* Property is on the main road, so there may be some noise in the first-floor apartment, although we have triple-glazed windows, so it is fine once inside. The downstairs apartment is set back, so once in very quiet.
